How we protect your payment
Payment on r8research.store is handled through a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Your card details are entered into the processor’s own secure fields and are transmitted directly to them over an encrypted connection; R8 Research never sees or stores your full card number. The whole site is served over HTTPS.
What we store
We keep your order details and the last four digits of the card used, which is what appears on your receipt and helps us support you if there is a query. We never store your full card number, expiry or security code.
Fraud prevention and disputes
We use the fraud tools built into our processor to check orders, and we may contact you to verify an order before shipping. If you see a charge you do not recognise, contact us at support@r8research.store before disputing it with your bank and we will resolve it quickly.
